This yogurt is heated to 180 degrees, then fermented for 24 hours. This makes it pasteurized, but not homogenized leaving it rich, tangy and creamy. It is strained, giving it a thick, velvety texture.
Comes in a glass quart mason jar with lid. We do a jar exchange for all farm dairy products.
